What General Pest Control Covers

Last updated: October 2026

Wyoming Pest Solutions provides general pest control services described in the estimate or service agreement you approve. The agreed work may include inspection of accessible areas, treatment for identified common pests, and practical guidance related to the service.

The agreement will identify any limits on access, treatment locations, or included follow-up visits. Work not listed in that agreement is outside the scope and requires separate approval.

This may include specialized pest work, repairs, exclusion construction, cleanup, treatment of inaccessible areas, or services at another property.

Pesticides are applied in accordance with their EPA-approved labels and FIFRA. Applicators must meet Wyoming licensing requirements under Wyoming Statutes Title 11 and applicable Wyoming pesticide applicator rules, Chapter 1.

Product labels and Safety Data Sheets inform handling and safety directions. Container disposal follows label instructions; pesticide residues are handled under applicable Wyoming requirements.

We follow relevant OSHA Hazard Communication requirements, including 29 CFR 1910.1200. EPA, Wyoming Department of Agriculture, Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality, and CDC guidance may apply to particular products or situations.

Setting, Changing, or Cancelling a Visit

Appointments are arranged with you by phone, email, or another method we make available. A visit is confirmed when both sides agree on a date or arrival window.

Please provide timely notice if you need to cancel or reschedule; any specific notice period or cancellation charge will be stated in your estimate or service agreement before you approve it. If no charge is stated there, contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss the change.

Please ensure the technician can safely access the agreed treatment areas and let us know about access restrictions, pets, occupants, or other relevant conditions. Weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control may require a schedule change; we will contact you to arrange another time.

If inspection shows that the requested work differs from the agreed scope, we will explain the proposed change and any price adjustment before proceeding. Additional work requires your approval. You are not required to accept a scope change.

Reviewing Estimates and Paying for Work

An estimate describes the work proposed, its price, and any stated limits or conditions. It is based on information available at the time and may need revision if an inspection reveals different conditions or you request additional work.

We will explain any revised scope and price and obtain your approval before doing work outside the original agreement. An estimate is not authorization for unlisted services.

Payment is due according to the timing and method stated in your approved estimate or service agreement. Please review those terms before scheduling or accepting service.

If the agreement does not specify when payment is due, contact us for clarification before work begins. Any applicable taxes or disclosed fees will be shown in the estimate or agreement; no price or financing offer is promised by these terms.

If you have a question about an invoice, raise it promptly so we can review the charge and the work performed. Payment does not expand the agreed service scope or create a warranty not stated in writing.

What to Expect About Service Guarantees

Wyoming Pest Solutions will perform the work described in your approved agreement with reasonable care and in accordance with applicable pesticide labels and licensing requirements. These terms do not establish a general warranty, guaranteed pest elimination, or a standard coverage period.

Any warranty, retreatment option, or other service commitment applies only if it is expressly stated in writing in your estimate or service agreement. That document controls its duration, covered conditions, and any steps you must take to request service.

Coverage, if offered, may depend on following preparation or access instructions, maintaining the treated area, and avoiding conditions that interfere with treatment. The written agreement may also exclude new infestations, pests not listed, structural defects, or conditions outside the agreed work.

We will explain applicable limits before you approve covered work. Contact us if you believe a written commitment applies and describe the issue; we will review the agreement and respond. Nothing in this section removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Responsibility for Service-Related Losses

To the extent allowed by law, Wyoming Pest Solutions’ liability for a claim arising from a specific service is limited to the amount paid for that service. This limit does not apply where the law prohibits it, including liability that cannot be waived for negligence, intentional misconduct, or other protected claims.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, pest conditions, building defects, or consequences of circumstances outside our reasonable control, where the law permits that limit. Please report a concern promptly and allow us a reasonable chance to review it.

We use pesticides only as permitted by FIFRA and their product labels, and work is subject to Wyoming applicator licensing under Wyoming Statutes Title 11 and applicable Chapter 1 rules. Product labels and Safety Data Sheets guide handling.

Container disposal follows label directions, and pesticide residues are managed under applicable Wyoming requirements. Relevant OSHA Hazard Communication duties, including 29 CFR 1910.1200, remain in force. Nothing here authorizes off-label use or overrides applicable federal or Wyoming law.
